“Regional Geology and Metallogeny” is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that reflects the regional geological study of the mineral wealth of the Russian Federation, its continental shelf, and neighbouring countries.
A.P. Karpinsky Russian Geological Research Institute is the journal founder and publisher.
The journal publishes articles on regional geology, regularities and prediction of the distribution of mineral deposits, results of stratigraphic, paleontological, petrological, geochemical and other studies, solving fundamental problems of theoretical geology, general and regional tectonics, structural geology and geodynamics, deep, regional, and exploration geophysics.
The journal has been published since 1993 with a frequency of 4 issues a year in printed and electronic form with full-colour images.
