ACTIVE PART OF THE RESERVES OF UNDISTRIBUTED SUBSOIL FUND OF CRITICAL SOLID MINERALS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND ITS GEOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC EVALUATION
