TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE AGE OF THE KRUZHILIKHINSKAYA SUITE (ORDOVICIAN) ON SEVERNAYA ZEMLYA IN CONNECTION WITH FINDING THERE BRYOZOAN DIANULITES BOREALIS ASTROVA (ORDER TREPOSTOMATA)

Early-Late Ordovician age of the Kruzhilikhа Formation in the Kanyon River basin on the October Revolution Island in Severnaya Zemlya Archipelago is substantiated. The age range of the Dianulites genus bryozoans is considered, which excludes the possibility of considering Dianulites borealis Astrova the oldest representative of the genus.
