A new issue of the journal “Regional Geology and Metallogeny” has been published

VSEGEI Publishing House published the next, 90th issue of the scientific journal “Regional Geology and Metallogeny”. Traditionally, the publication contains a lot of useful information for professionals.

The main article in the section “Regional Geology” is devoted to the information resource important for geological science of the country, created at VSEGEI, the “Geochronological Reference Atlas of the Main Structural and Material Complexes of Russia.” The authors of the article trace the history of this resource, paying special attention to the expert assessment of the reliability of geochronological data, design, programming, and structuring of the EDB and the GIS project “Geochronological Reference Atlas”, as well as to the “Annual Geochronological Bulletins” published since 2013.

The articles in the “Metallogeny” section are devoted to the geological history model of uranium ore genesis in the Aldan and Anabar shields of the Siberian Platform; ore deposits of Kyrgyzstan controlled by structures of thrust tectonics, as well as the Tokur gold mining centre in the Amur gold province.
